Warwickshire Residential Park Continues to Grow

Park Home site near Studley reaches major milestone as community continues to grow.

Outhill View, the residential park development near Studley, has reached a significant milestone with the park now complete and already more than two-thirds occupied

The popular EKOS Homes development, set in the glorious Warwickshire countryside, has welcomed a steady stream of residents since opening and is now entering its final phase, with just 18 of the park’s 55 plots still available.

Recent completion works have included the installation of electric entrance gates, while landscaping continues across the remaining unoccupied plots, marking the finishing touches on the development.

According to Alison Dallimer, Sales Executive at Outhill View, demand has exceeded expectations as more people look to enjoy a relaxed lifestyle without sacrificing connectivity.

“We’re delighted to have reached this stage. Outhill View is now largely complete, and it’s been wonderful to see such a strong community develop here in a relatively short period of time,” said Alison.

“Owner-residents have settled in well and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. People love the peaceful surroundings, the open countryside and the sense of community that has naturally grown across the park.

“With only 18 plots remaining, we’re now very much in the final stretch, and looking forward to welcoming more owner-residents over the coming months.”

One of the newest households to move onto the park is Bob and Dee Murray, who were among the latest couples to take ownership of their new home.

Having downsized and relocated just 10 miles away from the Shirley area of Solihull, the couple were attracted by the opportunity to enjoy a slower pace of life while remaining within commuting distance of work and family.

Dee, a care worker, said: “We didn’t think we would ever live in a Park Home but the views of the countryside, how quiet and peaceful it was, and the sense of community right from the start made our decision to move the best thing we did.”

Bob, who works as a Mechanical Project Manager in Solihull, added: “We are enjoying life with our new friends and neighbours. Life here more than meets our needs and we look forward to welcoming more residents.

“The setting, single storey access, the thoughtful stylish furnishings and storage made it all seem like home right from the first day we moved. Thanks to all the team at Outhill View for making our move stress free and welcoming us into the community.”

Community life has become a defining feature of Outhill View, with residents regularly organising events and activities throughout the year. Summer gatherings included World Cup football watch parties and communal barbecues, while a ladies’ social group meets monthly for outings.

Owner-residents are now busy planning Halloween celebrations and a fireworks event, alongside regular golf days.

The flat, accessible setting has also proved particularly popular with dog owners, with around half of households owning dogs and making the most of the area’s extensive walking opportunities, into nearby Studley, Studley Castle, or exploring attractive destinations such as Henley-in-Arden.

Another major attraction is affordability, with park homes offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional housing in Warwickshire, where bungalow prices can often be significantly higher.

Alison added: “Many buyers are pleasantly surprised by the value they can achieve here compared to the cost of a conventional bungalow locally. Combined with the lifestyle benefits and growing community spirit, it’s easy to see why so many people choose Outhill View.”

Prospective buyers can visit the development during its regular open days, held on the last weekend of every month. For more information about Outhill View and available homes, visit EKOS Homes or attend one of the forthcoming open weekends.

The next Open Days take place on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September at Outhill View, off Hardwick Lane, near Studley Village, Warwickshire.
